Is the app working for everyone? Seems to be stuck in a loading loop.

Jason.OnEarth 15-07-2020 07:52 PM

their FF Instagram post mentioned a technical glitch in their new mobile app

Thanks, just found out on their FB page. They should have just stick to 48 hours advance booking, 46 hours is just confusing and now causing this issue.

Jason.OnEarth 15-07-2020 10:15 PM

the decision to switch to 46hrs instead of 48hrs adv booking is based on feedback to enable clients and users to book for their preferred time slot (for two days later) without the need to stop their current workout midway and book for the same time slot two days later, and such spoil the experience :s22: basically there are very limited capacity and frequent users wants to go the same place at the same time every other day (keep to routine) to keep fit and maintain their physic

That makes sense but given today's issue, seems like they have not tested the system thoroughly before rolling out.

true, this new app is part of their global rollout of new application to cater for the new norm after this pandemic happened in 2020 :( it is not as matured as the previous application by MindBody (third party company support)

Good news! :s12: There are increased time slots for booking! There are dedicated time slots for booking PT too, and increased class sizes based on the size of the studio/venue :)

provided I am able to book the bp 46hrs earlier :(

Indra Shah, can you feedback to FF to consider opening up the capacity?

I remembered not too long ago back in early March this year, each class can accommodate approximately 30 members

why now only 5-10 members :s11:

Can anyone please tell me for the bench press free weights at fitness first AMK hub and Fusionopolis, are they olympic bars (20kg) or a lighter bar?

Used to work out at both but been a few years and forgot.

I am not sure about AMK and Fusionopolis, those at FF Paragon are of the 20kg silver thick bar and they have triple stations for lifting at Paragon :D
