Hives help?

Kena hives .Dunno root cause but my body is damn red and fill with hives tmr gona see doctor .

Any updates?

I also have sometimes, always that same few areas. No change in diet or lifestyle.

I get hives when stressed - you can try vitamin supplement magnesium. It won’t help the hives directly but it may reduce stress which could be causing them. Diet can Also be a factor so try to note down what you have eaten before the hives appear to find if there’s anything that could make it flair

sometimes unable to find out the cause.
they call it idiopathic urticaria
have to take antihistamine daily
i been taking them since Sept last year

Apply cool, wet compresses. ...
Take a comfortably cool bath. ...
Wear loose, smooth-textured cotton clothing.

Yes - normally it wouldn’t stop you for doing daily things... but for me the rash surfaces on my face so I usually just MC

Depends on the level, you still can do daily things right?

doctor said insect bite.. Hives gone after couple of days. Some cream is given to me.
