How to become personal trainer or instructor at classes in the gym?

Need additional income.. thinking of (clean) ways to do it and also tie to interest

I looked around and some instructors are not how you describe, so should be ok right

It's more about:
1. Your knowledge of various exercises, lifts, and nutrition
2. Your ability to transfer relevant portions of that knowledge to the client, i.e. teach
3. Your ability to influence your client's behaviour, i.e. coach
