the waiting time from my polyclinic visit to specialist visit took around 4 months, but that was during the CCB period. scheduled for MRI scan took less than a month.

but now that the hospital is less tied up with covid patient, I think should be shorter.

my recent specialist appointment from polyclinic referral is less than a month.

Hello, I think I may have slipped disc., can I check if I go to polyclinic and ask for a referral to specialist, normally how long is the wait time for spdcialist appointment ?

And for MRI, need to inject contrast dye? Or just like X-ray? Total pain free?

anyone knows of a good govt hospital orthopedic?

I showed my MRI to my TCM, and he pointed a slight bulge on my L3/4 disc. I suspect my hospital doctor was trying to stop me from going back, that's why he didn't even recommend any physiotherapy for me.

or are there any paid WebMD service I can use to help me see my MRI image?

My physio recommended me doing bird dog, cat & cow. Remember to stretch out your Calves, hamstrings and Glutes too.

I have dics bulge at L3,L4,L5 and impingement of the sciatic nerve, which cause me to have numbness down my legs and tightness. My Ortho reffered me to heal360 Physioclinic. I am free of pain now. They release my tight muscles, spinal decompression therapy, and exercises given to me.
