hi previously was buying this product at iherb:
BSN, N.O.-XPlode 2.0, Pre-Training Igniter, Fruit Punch, 2.48 lb (1.13 kg) - iHerb.com

however it has being discontinued. any reasons why?
You could write in to iherb to ask.

If it is discontinued at other places then it could it a health issues or the manufacturer just decided to stop making it.

On iherb end, it's possible that it is not a fast clearing item and may stop offering it purely on that end.

It's also possible that the item is replaced by something newer.

We can only speculate. You can ask iherb but I'm not sure if they will actually reveal the reasons. You could try search for it on the internet and if there is a health issue, you should be able to find it.

Ps ive just checked the bodybuilding website and apparently the item cannot be sold in singapore. Probably it contains with some ingredients which our authorities doesnt approve

I think the tourism board should hire you to do nature walks.

Instead they do these phenomenally boring vignettes on telly about how the relevant boards did such and such a wonderful job growing trees. Yes, well done. But does anyone (except for me) watch these? And I only watch these while waiting for the next cartoon or episodes of Mythbusters or Murdoch to come on.

Food. Match the walks with food. Frequent stops. Makan breaks. That will work! LOL.

Maybe the pumpkins' owner was trying to locate his/her car? My friend is forever losing hers or her car keys or both. It's gotten so bad, she automatically hands me the stubs and her car keys for safekeeping every time I am out with her.
I tend to forget things too. So maybe a good idea might to be take a picture of the car with the lot number so it's not easier to trace where it is. Most times ppl just park at the first available lot and Rush off to do their shopping. It's made worst for shopping centres with multiple levels of carparks.

Email IHERB and ask.
Can try getting it off fitlion anyways. With its 5% off for paypal users and free shipping for orders >$100, the price is quite competitive.

Yeah, mine is a Tefal table top oven that I got at a garage sale ages ago which has served me well. I use it to bake, roast and grill. Built-in ovens are aesthetically pleasing but you have to consider issues of repair (hopefully never), maintenance and clean-up.

We have a built-in back home and we still end up using the Aga more often than that anyway.

Oh, when I was a kid, I had a Baby Belling that I just adored. It lasted me for more than a decade until I went away to uni. I passed it on to one of my cousins and she in turned loved it & passed it on to her daughter. I think they still have it now. Honestly, it was the best oven I ever had!

here's my peasant coffee bun with peanut butter and chocolate chips filling.

Dough mix
300gm atta flour
2 tablespoons self raising flour
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
180ml water
1 tablespoon yeast
3 tablespoon no diary creamer
3 tablespoons butter
3 sachets instant three in one coffee
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

Fillings
Peanut butter
Chocolate chips

Mix dough ingredients apart from water together and slowly pour water and mix until partially wet.

Knead until dough is not sticky and let it rest for 45 minutes.

Once the dough raises, roll into balls and flatten. Add a spoonful of peanut butter and chocolate chips. Knead the edges shut and roll into ball. Put on grease paper and let it stand for 30 minutes.

Bake at 190 degrees for 30 minutes or when done.

Apart from the bun, I did try to make the bun into rolls. Basically I just made them into a ball, flatten and stretch it and added chocolate chips and roll them up into mini rolls.

I think I've not been to a cinema for the last 4 to 5 years but that in Malaysia. Anyways, I was looking at the http://www.shaw.sg website and it seems like the $1 off for weekdays and weekend movie tickets applies to both OCBC Credit and Debit cards. The offer however expires on 31st Jan 2015.

They don't seems to make ovens like they do in the past. My grandma had a Baby Belling and they do last a really long time. I am actually not sure where it went to after she passed on. But when she was around, she enjoys baking those kueh lapis and cakes in the oven.

Built-in ovens are space saving particular now that homes are getting smaller but they can be troublesome when it comes to servicing and replacement.

Now we just go table top and just store them away when we don't need to use them for an extended period of time. After my toaster oven and microwave oven died, I just relied on my turbo broiler to do all my baking. Probably when that dies, I will look for a replacement. Hopefully that day never comes.
