any taking l-arginine and pycnogenol with good result?

Dunno what is l-arginine about, so I googled it.
L-arginine is a nonessential amino acid that may play an important role in the treatment of heart disease due to its block arterial plaque buildup, blood clots, platelet clumping, and to increase blood flow through the coronary artery.

You using this for yr heart issues?

Perhaps you might want to look at the excel file file shared by skinergy:

There is a page in that excel file on great supplements for Cardio related issues.

you must search both together.

https://www.google.com/m?q=l-arginine+pycnogenol

yes, it helps in blood flow, but to another part of the body.

basically, it's touted to help in ED.

getting old, hence considering some supplement in this aspect.

wow, interesting.
I added another filter & searched here:
https://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&as_sdt=0,5&q=l-arginine+pycnogenol&btnG=

Using this combo rather than chemicals is the way to go!

NB: L-Arginine appears to have both beneficial and detrimental effects on kidney function. However, adverse effects are unlikely to occur with the routine doses (from 3 to >100 g/day). The safety of long-term arginine supplement use is not clear.

I just noticed yr question on multivit.
I am no big fan of multivit after I read the notes & comments given by AMA.

Check out the "Multivits I Avoid" page in the excel file link I gave below.

Your multivit has been red flagged for excessive Vit A, Vit E & Folic
as well as poor quality Zinc, Copper & Manganese. The Selenium is also quite high.
The bad thing abt this supplement is the dosage cant be reduced cos everything is in 1 giant tablet.

So dont buy anymore & dont use it multivit if possible.

The multivit usually megadose on vitamins & give minimal on minerals which isnt really useful if you take it becos you need to supplement something. Its better to get a good supplemt instead.

Thanks for pointing out
So besides those supplement that I taking, do you recommend anything else for me to take at the same time too?
Because currently in Moscow, my dietary I take cereal in the morning daily and I do ate lesser meat, grains and bread now after I have been gymming for 4-5 months already.

What do you think you lack in terms of nutrition?
Do you have any pre-existing conditions? Have you done does annual medical checks? Are you satisfied with the results?

Do you eat regular wholesome varied meals, including vegetables as well?

These ideas will help you target any shortfalls you suspect & then you can consider the best or most relevant supplement.
