Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way
to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work.
And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.

If you havenít found it yet, keep looking.
Donít settle. As with all matters of the heart, youíll know when you find it.

- Steve Jobs

You can talk to God, go banging on his door

You can throw your hands up
You can beat the clock (yeah)
You can move a mountain
You can break rocks
You can be a master
Don't wait for luck
Dedicate yourself and you gon' find yourself

Standing in the hall of fame (yeah)
And the world's gonna know your name (yeah)
Cause you burn with the brightest flame (yeah)
And the world's gonna know your name (yeah)
And you'll be on the walls of the hall of fame

You can go the distance
You can run the mile
You can walk straight through hell with a smile

You can be the hero
You can get the gold
Breaking all the records they thought never could be broke

Yeah, do it for your people
Do it for your pride
How are you ever gonna know if you never even try?

Do it for your country
Do it for your name
Cause there's gonna be a day...

Be a champion, be a champion, be a champion, be a champion
On the walls of the hall of fame

You can be a master
Don't wait for luck
Dedicate yourself and you gonna find yourself

The Glorious Years 光辉岁月

The clock bell chimes the signal to go home
In his life, there seems to carry a small sigh of regret
Dark skin gives him the meaning
of his lifeís devotion to the color struggle.
The years have changed possession into loss
The set of fatigued eyes still carries hope.
Today there is only the remains of a shell
To welcome the glorious years
Holding fast to freedom in the wind and rain.
A lifetime of loss and struggle
Believing in oneís ability to change the future
Who else can accomplish this?

Can we make no boundaries between colors
On this earth, donít make distinctions between you and I
A riotous diffusion of colors emits beauty
Because there are no distinction between each individual color.
The years have changed possession into loss
The set of fatigued eyes still carries hope.
*Today there is only the remains of a shell
To welcome the glorious years
Holding fast to freedom in the wind and rain.
A lifetime of loss and struggle
Believing in oneís ability to change the future
Who else can accomplish this?

Density Training

Density, in training terms, is a combination of the volume and the duration of your workout.

Volume is the total workload you take on during a workout session. You can basically think of it as the number of sets you do multiplied by the number of reps you do in each set.

Duration of your workout is how long the workout session lasts.

Take this example. Let's say you did 10 reps * 10 sets of chest presses at a given weight. The workload for that session was 10 reps * 10 sets or 100 repetitions. It took you 15 minutes to complete the session. So, your density was 100 repetitions (volume) in 15 minutes.

Two ways to add density training into your workout routine.

First, keep your workout volume the same, but shorten the duration of the workout. So instead of doing 10 reps * 10 sets of chest presses in 15 minutes, you shorten that to 10 minutes. You can do this by shortening the time between reps or by increasing your training speed.

The second method is to keep the duration of the workout the same, but increasing the number of reps you do in that time frame. So instead of doing 10 reps * 10 sets of chest presses in 15 minutes, you increase your volume to 15 reps * 10 sets of chest presses for a total of 150 repetitions. Again, to do this, you would have to shorten the time between reps or increase your training speed.
