Nothing Else Matters

So close, no matter how far
Couldn't be much more from the heart
Forever trusting who we are
And nothing else matters

Never opened myself this way
Life is ours, we live it our way
All these words I don't just say
And nothing else matters

Trust I seek and I find in you
Every day for us something new
Open mind for a different view
And nothing else matters

Never cared for what they do
Never cared for what they know
But I know

Never cared for what they say
Never cared for games they play
And I know

The journey is long & hard, but you are not alone.
Success is sweet & everlasting memories will be embedded

Never Say Never

See I never thought that I could walk through fire
I never thought that I could take the burn
I never had the strength to take it higher
Until I reached the point of no return

And there's just no turning back
When your heart's under attack
Gonna give everything I have
It's my destiny

I will never say never!
I will fight till forever!
Whenever you knock me down
I will not stay on the ground
Pick it up
Pick it up
And never say never

I never thought that I could feel this power
I never thought that I could feel this free
I'm strong enough to climb the highest tower
And I'm fast enough to run across the sea

Now he's bigger than me
Taller than me
And he's older than me
And stronger than me
And his arms a little bit longer than me
But he ain't on a JB song with me!

I be trying a chill
They be trying to sour the thrill
No pun intended, was raised by the power of Will

Like Luke with the force, when push comes to shove
Like Kobe in the 4th, ice water with blood
Let's go
I gotta be the best, and yes
We're the flyest
Like David and Goliath
I conquered the giant
So now I got the world in my hand
I was born from two stars
So the moon's where I land

As life goes by,
We always search for meaning,
And look for love,
And why we seem to fall
There we are, not knowing what the future finds
But it's just a matter of time,
Before our rhythm finds a rhyme
Before our bells to start to chime
Before we end our uphill climb

We should never give up,
We should never give in
Always fight for a brighter tomorrow
When the going gets tough,
Then the victory begins
No mountain's as high as it seems
So never give up on your dreams

Our time will tell
If we're not what we seem
The things we do, don't match the things we are
Look inside, our happiness is always there
We are simply one of a kind
Can't let others make us blind
With some patience we will find
We can do what's on our mind

Work will win when wishing won't,
You've got to pay the price.
No pain no gain don't fizzle out
It's time to roll the dice.
It's not over till it's over
Hang on till the end
You've got to keep the dream alive
You were born to win

Measure Your Upper Body Strength and Endurance

Strength and endurance in the muscles of the upper body, specifically the chest, shoulders, triceps, and core is a good indication of overall fitness. Push ups engage muscles throughout the entire body—from head to toe—in order to maintain a rigid position.

Table 1: Push Ups — Men
Age: 20-29 30-39 40-49 50-59 60+
Excellent 55+ 45+ 40+ 35+ 30+
Good 45-54 35-44 30-39 25-34 20-29
Average 35-44 25-34 20-29 15-24 10-19
Fair 20-34 15-24 12-19 8-14 5-9
Low 0-19 0-14 0-11 0-7 0-4

Depend on your goals.

You are your only limit.
Everyday is a chance for a change towards a better life.
The body achieves what the mind believes, so challenge yourself to be that better version you know you could be.

Not "normal", but perhaps "common". Pull ups and push ups are inherently different movement patterns that involve different muscle groups.
