Osteoporosis - any recommended suppplements?

For the elderly who has osteoporosis, is there any recommended cost- effective supplements?

Thomson? Blackmores?

Hope to get some good opinions.

Iron tablets. Iron deficiency is a risk factor for osteoporosis.

My suggestions is a bone formula of Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin D and the ratio is best for magnesium and calcium is at a 1 to 1 for a better bone health support.

I personally have been trying 1 type of the supplement for sometime and if you wish to know it can let me know and I will recommend to you.
