Push ups + Pull ups + Sit ups + Squat only

Hi all,

Curious to know if such routine works for building a lean body?

Say only do bodyweight exercises for these.

Either of these should work for improvement?
1. increase sets
2. increase reps
3. intensity
4. duration
5. TUT

Sounds good. Switch out the situps for the different plank variations and hollow body hold.
