standard barbell and plates

Unhappy standard barbell and plates

are the plates supposed to fit nicely like how olympic plates fit the olympic barbell? because mine seems to have a bit of a gap, so u can feel like the plates are moving when you are doing curls

are you referring to those barbell which requires spinlock collars?
if yes, normally you nv put on spinlock they will be moving unlike oly bars and weights

yeah im refering to those spin lock ones. ah i see that its normal...will buying clips for them work as well? the spinlock is kinda annoying

if i am not wrong, your spin lock bar diameter is different from the oly bar diameter
normally the clips type is for oly bars...

TS i think you might want to change to oly bar next time. Maybe for now just make do with whatever you have
