When did you start? What cardio are you doing? You need to take time for your body to recover.

Also it's not possible to reduce belly fat alone. Reduction of fat will be throughout the body. There's fat in more places than we know about.

Good nutrition is 80% exercise 20%

Takes time.

Must do cardio correctly. Google about the concept of cardio in the correct heart rate zone for burning fats.

100 burpees in the morning and another 100 at night before you sleep.
