WD-40 website said it can be used on just about everything. It is safe for metal, rubber, wood and plastic.
but word of mouth said better dont use it is because it is corrosive and will wears away metal and coating, WD40 disintegrates metal compounds by eating them, that why it able to remove rust. WD40 contain kerosene, if the knife sheath contain rubber or plastic i think better dont use too.
i will only use WD40 if i want to remove rust.

best use those light mineral oil like singer sewing machine oil. cheap and good.
Confirm Singer can degrade plastics as well...

Wah lau eh...wait for my knife to come via Hong Kong Post til si beh sian man.

Go to the website to track only shows the date it was shipped out.
Went to SingPost website check they don't have records.
Think some of these tracking numbers only up to the time they shipped out of country. Dono y I can't track it at SingPost side.

Pissed man.

Wa dragon king don't scare me leh. I use singer oil alot hahaha. but i think singer definitely more friendly than WD40. After all it is a viable lubricant for our mountain bikes.. Btw the knives you order how? Let them take for free?

the Kabar Becker ESEE Eskabar also good.
knife made in USA using 1095 Crovan steel, much cheaper compare to izula

always fond for kabar, they make good knife with much friendly price tag.

I noticed that also. It seems very similar to the Esee Izula but much cheaper.

Vixx, you are the guru here on Esee Blades. Can share with us your view?

It's a hybrid between becker's necker blade and izula's handle.. some guy did a welded mod and they officially made it happen..

Between this kabar and esee, they're both great in real world usage.
There's many beckers versus esee reviews.. but personally, I prefer the rowen stuff than kabar..
