Angry SimplyToys delayed delivery for no apparent reason

I made my deposit of $650 on 10 march 2017 (For a pair of figure worth around 2k+), they promised to deliver by Q3 2018 and it's still in progress now. When asked they either ignored or just more promises... months ago I received a call from them to confirm on details to deliver by end of July 2018 and nothing happened again they acted like nothing happened when asked later. I'm totally lost and wondering if anyone had similar problems with them before? What did you do/should I do? I've been patient just not sure if I should keep being patient any longer. I also told them I want my money back if they fail to deliver by end of October and they just didn't answer back definitely the worst customer service experience

sometimes delay is from the manufacturer which is quite common, unless u see other stores selling locally already, if not just have to wait

their toys can be rather ex . buying online is cheaper ...

Bump this thread up. They promised to do me a refund after December if they won't be able to deliver before Dec ends. Now I'm waiting.
Their online customer supports is rather non existent, they read my message and just ignored it. Probably gonna pay one of their stores a visit this weekend. No doubt the worst customer support experience ever. How can they even thrive here in SIngapore lol
