Anyone using KIMURA Japanese brand aircon?

Care to share? Any review?
Hi i bought Kimura. Would say its very good. Cooling is very good and quiet n has temperature display.Overall just as good as any top brands. It's cheaper though.

How about portable aircons. Anyone has experience? Thinking to get from Giant at $580. I need one for a small room about 10ft x 16ft.

Hi everyone, I am planning to get aircon for my parent's place which is a 30 year old 3A HDB. I have learnt quite a lot of about aircon in this thread, thanks to the gurus. Based on what I have gathered so far, I think the ME inverter system 2 (starmex?) is the best choice as I am looking for cost savings and ease of maintenance.

Regarding installation workmanship and who to buy from, I haven't seen much recommendations posted here, maybe it is not allowed. I saw that many here buy from GC but the reviews were mixed. So can anyone recommend which dealer should I buy from and can provide good installation?

Thanks.

I've got my installation done by Eighteen Degree Aircon Svcs. Good, reasonable & reliable.

You may drop them an email at stanleytay8168@gmail.com.

I'm getting my unit, BTO 5rm this month and looking at Mitsubishi system 4 starmex. Gain city offer me MXY4A28VA with 1 x 18k BTU and 3 x 10k BTU units at 3910

All Best offer MXY4A28VA with 1 x 22k BTU (Free upgrade from 18k) and 3 x 10k BTU at 3699 (with 5 years workmanship warrenty)

Obviously All best is giving me the best deal. However I need to check with you guys on All Best review on their aircon services.

To raccon82,

Gain City price seems reasonable.
The other price u mentioned seems too good to be true.
