to wat i tink, its better to go for higher COP.

becos as u c, sometimes we turn on aircon rite, we wan it to cool the room faster, as well as efficiency. but since after it reach it temperature, it wil be on part load for the rest of the nite, thus ME is lower than MHI on part load which is gd.

sometimes got to also depends on system-X u wan. Example: if wan get system 2, each fcu can only take 9000BTU. but the total compressor BTU is 25590. so no point getting tat xtra more BTU but nv use tat much, n also payin more for it.

so hav to look out for many factors also.

but than(TO Chunman) there is a mistake, MHI SCM45 on coolserve.com.sg stated BTU is 14139. Chunman, can u double check?
I have no idea man... all i did was cut n paste. the person (sales) was telling me they are actualy recc a new series of MHI. but the new MHI isnt SCM45... i'm thinking to go GC or HN to look and the appearance n all the specs 1st... den ask Hong tar for quotation agn...
i have decided to get inverter but the prob is duno hw to bargain how extended warranty for the inverter.

?
Thanks. More questions:
Pls refer to the screen shot below: they are all system 3 inverter:

Among these three models, panasonic has highest COP and Part COP, and highest cooling capacity, but its Annual Energy Consumption (full load and part load) are not the lowest. Instead, Hitachi is the lowest among these three. Is hitachi more power saving?

Btw, how is Panasonic new inverter system 3?

Daikin rem0te have the anti mould which u have to h0ld e butt0n f0r 2 seconds.
Every model of air con also can have this function. When u wake up in the m0rning, just set yr remote mode to fan mode. Wash up and 15 mins later, u can off the aircon. Same thing, the fan will run for 15 mins to dry up any remaining moisture in the fancoil unit.
