I have a question, but I cant find an answer......
Hope some expert can fill in some info

If install BTO 4room with system 3. 5 ticks energy efficient.
Total cost plus installation: 3600 (aircon) + 1000 (installing, drilling) = 4600.

If buy 3 window unit aircon, will it be cheaper?
In terms of electricity.

Window Unit aircon VS central aircon (system 3)

If system 2, get MXY-2E20 will do.

Hi,

I am looking to buy a system 2 aircon for my new HDB flat.

This time, plan to buy a Mitisbushi Electric.

Saw this model on Courts/Gain City:

Outdoor - MXY3A28VA
Indoor - MSYGE10VA x 2
Price : ~$2,600 (inc. installation)

Would the outdoor unit be a overkill? Should I settle for a lower power outdoor unit MXY2E20VA (package cheaper by $200)?

Is this price reasonable?

Haha. Then 2 ticks or 5 ticks is better?

I keep hearing different people, sales person, says different thing. Theres even people saying people say why sales person promoting 2 ticks is because they trying to clear stock because 2 ticks is becoming obsolete.

Then theres another camp of people says go for 2 ticks because 5 ticks causes alot of problem.

wtf please help
get 5 ticks. i've been on mitsubishi for abt a year leow. and yes, 2 ticks are to clear stock.

instead of the standard bundle, request for the "best" compressor. for example sys4 compressor change to sys5

for 4 units, if space for compressor is not an issue, do you recommend:
1) sys3 + separate unit for living or
2) sys4 (and changing compressor to sys5)?

2. imagine running two pc but you cld hv run a second one using vm. which is more energy efficient? something like that.

Hi gurus

I'm seeking your opinions on installation of aircons. Currently undergoing reno for my hdb resale 4 room flat. MBR will use 8 hours daily and living room 3-4 times weekly. 2 spare rooms will be used occasionally as guests room. Kindly advice on recommended aircons. I've a quote of $4130 for daikin 3 ticks system 4 with upgraded materials. Hope to hear some inputs. Thanks all.

Hi Terumo,

Thanks. I have bought the MXY-2E20 System 2, thru Cold Engine.

I like their 2 trip installation ($50 more).

Then this price is slightly overpriced, if 22k, then its reasonable.
But if their service quality is good, paying a bit more might be good thou.

Living room will be 18k bro terumo.Daikin 3 ticks model.
