Removing silicone stains

The plumber installing my water piping, apply so much "gum" between my quartz table top and top mount granite sink. Everytime i wipe the tabletop along the edges of the granite sink, bits and pieces of sticky silicone fall off.

The silicone/gum even got stained on the floor. It is so sticky I got no idea on how to clean it completely.

Yellowish and Brownish. Like sticky dirt stains. Any pro advice on how to clean it?

Tried Turpentine and Thinner. Unable to remove.

Silicone sealant can be easily removed when it's not dry by using a wet cloth to wipe it off.

When dried you just use a penknife to scrap the excess off. For wooden and plastic surfaces use something that'll not scratch the wood or plastic lor

I DIY for my toilets, windows etc.
