Post Sharing | For multiple devices, PC, PS4, Switch and etc. Creative X3 USB DAC and Soundcard or TV?

Note: This is just a sharing thread.

Saw some ask how to connect multiple devices they have like PC, PS4
, Switch and etc.
Creative just release their X3 USB DAC which you connect multiple
devices to it VIA USB.

However the USB connection is only one device at a time.
In my opinion, if you have multiple devices TV would be better.
But my suggestion setup would be:

- Monitor to PC to PC speaker (1 setup)
- TV to console like PS4, Xbox One and Switch to a soundbar/PC speaker.

(*Which is my setup but I am using AVR not soundbar.)
TV not only allow easy switching between devices, for game console.
The refresh rate as well as feature like motion blur it will trump gaming monitor.

Not to mention TV support surround sound format like Dolby Digital so you can hear enemies behind you.
Most will agree smallest TV start from 32" inch so is there smaller than 32"?

NTUC, Giant and etc. does carry smaller size TV.
However these are "cheap" type of TV so picture and etc. maybe inferior.
Most monitor allow multiple connection but no optical output as well as
not recommended to route audio from it.

As well as you must have space to place both setup, there are TV stands which you can consider if you have limited space in your room.
Hope this helps.
Everyone have their own opinion, no one is right/wrong.
