Initally i was also tempted to get ms650/750 with w700 sub, but in the end hoot hw-k850 instead after considering it cost ard the same which also support dobly atmos.

So I tried out ms750 at best today. Honestly wasnít really blown away by the sound. The bass wasnít as good as I expected.

Then again, this is an open shop where the bass isnít able to bounce off properly. Iím planning to get it for my bed room which isnít too big so I wonder if the sound bar alone would sound better in my room or do I really need to add in the subwoofer too?

Yea, ms750's bass w/o sub is rather weak. If looking ard the same budget can try the newer n650 which come with a wireless sub. If got higher budget then go for k850/950.

Lol wait so, the ms750 is around $699 without sub. And the n650 is also $699 WITH the sub? Also n650 is a newer model.

How does that work? Is n650 performance not as good? Iím not inclined to get n650 because it doesnít have wifi so I canít connect to Spotify directly. I would use the sound bar for music quite a lot.

n650 is not really the replacement model for ms750, more of like ms650 but still kinda diff.It also have a similar upward firing sound projecting tech like ms750 which u can search online for review. Generally they are positive.

If using soundbar 4 music MS750 is the 1 2 get. Else better buy separate speakers 4 music. The sub not really necessary 4 music but great 4 movies.

yeah but like i said, i auditioned it yesterday and it didn't sound really great tbh because the bass isn't really great. I didn't get to try it with the subwoofer as it was not connected. Guess i'll try it with the subwoofer and then decide if it's worth it.

Also looking to get a tv so hoping i can bundle it all together

May I check with you which Best outlet you audition the MS750? I went to Courts at Somerset the soundbar is not hooked up nor it is powered up. Also the shop rather empty as well.

Hmm the songs I listen to have a lot of bass so to me that is important. In that aspect it didnít do very well. But anyway I read more reviews and they say you need to pair it with the sub so I guess if I do get it Iíll buy both MS750 and itís sub. Just gotta try and find where I can get the best deal for it
