Hi guys, I'm moving to my new place soon which has a small living room (3.1m by 2.6m). Already bought a 55" TV and thinking of adding a decent Soundbar set up too. Till date I've only tested Klipsch RSB series and Bose 700 series. Intending to get with Subs since the price won't differ much. I'm leaning towards Bose 700 due to the ease of setting up. Any reviews on that? Another question is, should I top up a little more to get the 2 rear wireless speakers? As I'm moving into a new place, I would need to add new power points just to accommodate to them. Any advice will be appreciated!
Better 2 get surround spk 4 better effect. Samsung sound+ bar also good if u still can find it.

x2. The extra separate, rear speakers make a big difference. If you only have the front soundbar, the pseudo surround effect is nowhere close to actual surround with the rear speakers.

You will miss out on real surround effect if you do not have 2 physical speakers behind. The next best thing is only you have 4 walls very near you and a flat ceiling to get beam surround. Coming from someone who sold a beam surround soundbar for an actual surround speakers soundbar package. Huge huge different.

Hi all, Iím currently have a 49Ē Samsung TV.
Using a Samsung Soundbar but I think itís only 2.1.

Current problem faced with a 2.1 is that most of the moviesí audios cannot be projected out properly which results in speech Super soft and sound effects Super loud.

Looking for a Budget 5.1 soundbar.
Not looking for Super quality de.
Just a decent soundbar that can project audio out properly.
Budget is 200-300 (not sure if itís possible though).

Any recommendations? Thanks!

最高$300範圍嘅聲吧,你只能買到3.1聲道嘅。市面上5.1聲道嘅,依然處於$500周圍,而且環繞聲道喇叭必須另外添置。

okie then probably I'm asking for wrong recommendation based on budget.

Can i rephrase my request as such.

Budget $250
Looking for a decent 2.1 soundbar...which can produce clear audio, differentiating the sound effects and speech.

I think I'm currently using Samsung K360.

At the end of the day, i just want a decent upgrade over my TV inbuilt speakers.

Last time used to use Xiaomi soundbar with Sub. It was very good and met my needs. However, the lack of a remote control really is a hassle.

Based on your budget i don't think you'll get a good enough improvement from what you already have right now. Or you could always go audition some soundbars in person to see.

Hi thanks for your reply.

Read in this thread that Sony HT-S200F, with it's built in woofer, produces pretty good distinction between sound effects and speech.

Any views?

有DTS解碼,喱款松下聲吧就算賣$300,規格上已經贏過飛利浦3.1聲道聲吧,平過先鋒"3.1" SBXD201聲吧嘍。可算抵買!

None of the above.. go with the trusted brands. I wouldn't buy those soundbars without hearing them before. Chinese brands are good at making the specs look good on paper. But how it sounds in real life is a completely different thing

Hi! Thanks for your reply. I understand where you coming from.

Iím just asking solely based on the photos, which one will be the better one and not asking based on brand or anything else.
