Thats $5,115psf for this 10 year old 99-year leasehold 13,293 sq ft penthouse. The developer is acting up and being greedy once again, nothing surprising.

So much more expensive than dyson's penthouse at gucco tower.

Keppel can only hope to con the chinese / hongkong buyers with the #88 unit number.

Nope... Cannot Singaporean with young kids.

Near MRT?
Not so near... Rental will be normalise as the condo age. Might as well buy Caribbean at Keppel. Potential En Bloc. Cheaper and the rental comparable.

Got View?
Soon surrounded by HDB once the country club is gone. Rumour HDB may go as high as 50 storeys over there.

Feel Luxury?
How luxury can it be when there are so many HDB is nearby in years to come?

Potential capital appreciation?
Because it is launch sold at a premium, many resale transacted at a lost than gain for this project. Potential downtrend since this is leasehold.

Worst case:
#37-xx size 3,078 $6,637,500 bought at 2007 sold at $3,339,630 Dec 2018. About 50% discount!

Conclusion:
Avoid this project.

I donate elsewhere also can
