Land belongs to HDB tho. No GLS sale for that land. Under URA masterplan, plot as Residential.
Even if EC not too bad actually. The last EC launch was NorthWave back in 2016. About time for District 25 to have another new launch.

Let’s just wait and see what they gonna build bah.


Could dilennia be condo? My house is near site and the whole land is flat and i see pipes being installed

Not too many land left in woodlands. Maybe the private enclave near rosewood? There still got tons of land

Yea probably there. But So far on URA 2019 masterplan no plan yet. No plan good for me. Won’t block my view. Hehehe.

Not too many land left in woodlands. Maybe the private enclave near rosewood? There still got tons of land

Hello! There will be around 2180 flats up in Tengah for May 2019 BTO. Fret not, there is just one of the starting phrase for Tengah and there will be more phrases coming soon!

Woodlands should be cheaper than tengah right?
Hello,

According to the previous prices release, it is true that Tengah is slightly steeper for a non mature estate. I guess it depends what one is looking for!

I belief it is rather a good location, given that it was planned for the Jurong Lake district, where it was also set to be Singapore's 2nd CBD

This is a really weird question but no you can't cos no land truly belong to anyone but the govt. They do whatever they want...unless there is a significant sentimental peace of the land that screams Singapore History, then they will conserve it. But in other words, you can't really...plus if you look at it from another point of view, is like "Can we let 20 people squeeze in a 3room flat and live uncomfortably instead of providing them with better homes?"

It depends if its BTO or a resale, a bto will gain you more chance, while resale gather you grants!
