paiseh noob here. When the launch happens, would there be the corresponding exhibition or floor plans at Hub with officers standing by to answer enquiries?

The exhibition will be released at hdb during the flat selection. At the time of the launch, the floor plans will be released in the form of an e brochure. You can download from the hdb website. You can either call/email hdb or visit hdb hub for any queries They will be gladly to help. Hope this helps.

I also need clarification on one issue. HLE letter! Do we need to produce it when selecting a flat? Or only months later when signing the lease?

Yes, but I think it’s only to “assure” them that you will be able to pay for the flat during key collection 4 years later. If the HLE amount cannot cover your flat’s price (after including grants), they’ll most probably just inform you that you’ll have to top up the balance during key collection.

However, pay increment and everything else, HLE amount will increase by then. So during key collection, you’ll need to produce the “updated HLE letter”. I’m not sure whether if you’ll need to have a valid HLE letter when you go sign the lease though.

If during selection, combined income below 12k and HLE approve. Then during key collection income pass 12k, what happens then?

Your loan amount will increase to the 12k loan amount because when collect key will need to do another HLE cos HLE will expire every 6 months

Don't think launching next week as well, usually the week before MND Facebook will put up some intro to all the BTO projects, now there is still none.

Probably after Vesak Day. Unless they post one later before evening, one tomorrow and the final one on Saturday morning.
