Frankly I donít really hate that place though itís really too ulu.
I know foresque was deem to be an overpriced condo during its era. Many units still sell at break even or at a loss now.

Yes I do. But problem is my household only I drive. We will rely alot on the car. We've got no maid.

its actually quite nice...if you like quiet place near to nature...the chestnut avenue road is very quiet and keep driving in is the nature park....dont think there are many places like this in singapore...practically at the door step of the nature park...buy for ownstay is fine not for investment capital appreciation or for renting out...you also need to drive cause its not close to amenities or train station....although there are buses with decent connections.....

and just dont compare with those so call good locations one la...the psf price is so different and you wouldnt get to be so near to nature...

Actually it's also makes me wonder. Even in unconventional location, it's psf still quite high. Especially for diary farm residence, it's asking 1.6k psf same as hillion residence sia.

its the new launch price....you wouldnt find any cheaper price than this for new launch anywhere...so nothing surprising about this....whether worth it to buy you have to judge yourself...just nearby can get $1.2k psf for condo only around five years old...you go hillview side can even get $1.2k psf FH condo but will be about 15-20 years old....

singaporeans like to buy new and willing to pay a big premium for it...

Self stay no comment... gotta agree peaceful and quiet and for nature lover.
Investment wise not sure who would be your tenant pool.
If u r the only one who drive, it will be very inconvenient to the other family members who donít drive.

you'll be surprised...its quite easy to rent out...mainly because its new....as time goes on its a different question of course...rental price of course not high but its not like you wouldnt be able to rent it out at all...
