Got Verdale coming up....developed by csc land, largest developer by revenue in the world!

CDL and qingjian can stand one side.

just a random thought. mayfair modern which is still selling (or rather trying to sell) at close to 1.9k-2k psf, wont this mean their sales will be hurt further given forett is somewhat close by and relatively cheaper (considering FH)?
Seems like the projects in bukit timah in general are quite lackluster in terms of sales performance. Even those in D10/11 (e.g. royalgreen, fourth ave residences, dunearn 386, etc). Maybe signs that bukit timah is already starting to losing its draw? Any thoughts?

Just a random opinion.

If u are a foodie, penrose will be more suitable.

Payalaber, aljunied, geylang is filled with endless supply of good food and hawker especially if u are driving.

Covid time, u will enjoy taking a short drive to all the endless options

Haha you will be shocked by the sale on Saturday! People just want to buy a freehold at Toh Tuck. They forgot an older freehold resale condo at orchard probably cost less.

Mayfair modern is nearer to the mixed development at beauty world and the MRT station.
even then, its been about 16 months since launch and only 40% - not super fantastic
