I Guess youíre in for Forett? All the best bro! 2 bedder I presume?
Wah thanks for your well wishes man! Yes 2 bedder. Shortlisted the 721 sqft unit with windows for all toilets, study and kitchen. Or the 689 sqft dumbbell 2 bed 2 bath

Disregard FH/LH,I will pick View@Kismis 2B1T for same quantum as 1+Study Forett, $8xxk.
As bachelor, nice to have an extra room for guest too.
If u know my pattern, I will go for the best in a particular district if price GAP is not too far apart from the rest.
The linq for me if it’s 2kpsf as forett not near mrt is already at 1.9kpsf and view At Kimis LH at near 1.7kpsf.

The best will lead the rest
Make or break. Lol

Just browse through the floor plan. I like the 721sqft with kitchen located at the back instead of the front. The same as what you choose.
A plus to have toilet & kitchen windows in current launch. Whatís the indicative price for this layout tho? $1.2m?

Oooh now that you say it. I went to check Kismis floor plan and price list again. You are right, for the same price 1 extra room is more worth it. The quantum is lower at Kismis since the unit size is similar to forett but psf is lower but $150-200. Hmmmm... haha I will think hard about this.

Just curious, recently Daintree has gotten a lot of attention. But view at Kismis is relatively quiet. What sets these 2 developments apart?

Daintree layout seems more spacious as compared to View where they squeeze in a guest room in most unit type. Living & dining also smaller.
Launch 1 year apart. Both at 55% sold if not mistaken.
However Daintree, 1 bedder isnít that popular probably due to its high quantum of $9xxk for a 538sqft 1 bedder. Most that bought Daintree Probably for own stay.

If price difference is big, will go for 689sqft dumb-bell layout instead of 721sqft layout.

721sqft layout got one AC ledge sticking out facing bedroom 2, looks abit weird.
689sqft layout looks efficient.

Haha not too familiar with you pattern yet, but noticed youíre one of the TOP regulars here, with Polar bear haha!

I see, for me I expect Linq to start at $2000 and Forett at $1800. Lemme think about this again too. Honestly $2000 might price me out tho. But for a 10% more premium its much more convenient. But also come with the traffic noise and lesser facilities and fewer transactions. Hmmmm

Yup. A 689sqft gets you a 2+Guest room in View where they market it as 3 bedder.Seems to be a 3 bedder compact quantum starts from $1.1xm

No indicative pricing for this layout has been released but I expect a premium for this layout. Haha hoping to be under 1.35 mil.

If price GAP between 689sqft dumbbell and this 721sqft layout Is huge.

689sqft seems about fine to me.

Edited. Agree with what bro nishi said.

I see I see! Thanks! Yeah the unit size is defo bigger at Daintree. If can afford the no need to get such a small unit. Yeap 55% sounds right, Daintree caught up recently.

Agree with both of you too! How much premium would yíall think is acceptable? Comparing 689sqft vs 721sqft with many windows (what bro 1993newbie mentioned earlier as well)

I didnít shortlist the other 721 without study and toilet windows. The 689 layout is more efficient

Bro, the 721sqft we referring to is a better one. AC ledge at the back, with toilet , study and kitchen windows all at the back.

Stack 13/33/45

Yes, saw it. That one was better than the other 721sqft layout.
But because of 1900psf, I may go for 689sqft layout if price gap is significant.
