Buy forett or penrose?

I bought resale de. Neighbours that bought direct from developer during launch so far 147 profitable transactions & 15 Unprofitable and most of it are penthouse units.

Still see healthy volume in resale market so I Guess it’s not a deal breaker.

Oooh I see. Does this closeness between blocks hinder capital appreciation for your unit and for the development as a whole? Or it’s not a deal breaker?

Ah yes have watch this before. Appreciate Stephen’s videos as well. Only a little bit hard to understand what he says, but defo A for effort. Haha still waiting for his second follow up video for forett leh!

Remember his last line.... can consider if below 1900psf.

If anything above 1900psf, I feel it’s not worth it and may be quite close to the linq pricing.

I support Stephen’s YouTube channel too. English aside, can actually sense this guy’s objectivity and sincerity, analysis is decent as well.

D21 remains a good area for me, apart from all the Beauty world transformations that have been mentioned n times, Cheong Chin nam food street, cafes stretch behind are all great. While some bros here have been dissing the district as not rly Bukit Timah, fact is for bros who can’t pay up to be on main Dunearn Road stretch, D21 is closest proximity to the Bukit Timah stretch of top schools, Botanic Gardens / other nature reserves, enclave of country clubs and is only a short 8min drive to other hubs like Jurong East. Ppl want LIVEABILITY and I think D21 offers that
