Depends on whether you are buying for own stay or renting it out. Because 2BR are easier to rent out and sell most of the time.

2b2baths also have good stacks potentially facing the reservoir.

A high floor one above 30floors should have majestic views to enjoy too!

Plan to rent out but if get 3BR then potentially still have option to move there in future.
If 2BR then can only rent/sell in future.
However 3BR compact (958sqft) is a bit small for own stay.... :(

958 sqft not considered that small.

Some 3br in the market only 850 sqft and still can fit 3 queen size beds in 3br...

Uptown at Farrer 3bedder is only 700sqf, Linq 3 bedder only 797sqf. 958sqf is considered generous.

Hot definitely, just how hot. Would it be hotter than Linq or Penrose? Clavon is also after KI Residences (project in the west) that could have absorbed some would be buyers already. Estimating 40% take up.

i think both ki and clavon would have their own pool of buyers.. Ki is more towards own stay .. Clavon can be both..

Another perspective 10 mins walk. However, either way the selling point shouldn’t be walking distance to Clementi MRT, don’t see how anyone can afford to take this walk on a daily basis rain or shine.
