Another common thing that I kept seeing is that comments saying D19 price too expensive, shouldn't be paying this kinda price etc etc.

But if all D19 are priced like this liao, doesn't it means that this is the kinda price that's gonna be for the future? I mean like this is the "step-up" time for price, Just like how over the years the prices have been stepped up and increased.

It has to be.

The conservancy fee is divided to size of your unit.
Car ownership /never touch the gym/pools/sauna etc is irrelevant.

On the flip side i could also argue that it's a compromising mindset

That is true. There is no perfect project or perfect unit.

If you are the type who likes to scrutinize on every details, then you are likely to find some features which you don't like. Then if you think, think and think, someone else would have taken the units.

Sometimes instead of zooming in on the details, we must zoom out and see if the market is trending up.
Zoom out and see if Affinity / Garden / Riverfront / Piermont have the same issues as Florence residences.

Zoom out and see if the market is trending up.

Itís not only D19, itís all of Singapore, and people are already accepting the new prices. Do you think prices will come down substantially to 2010 prices for example, just because ppl think itís expensive? I donít think so, that is why the price index trend up.

Recession to some is a funny thing, it affects only several condos but not others

Hdb problem only?
I have never experience it before.

Rubbish chutes are usually at condo basements next to carparks.

Not the central one. I mean those at common corridor. Some of it were built indoor and some were beside a unit

I do not know there are some condos till have common rubbish chutes like some hdb.

Also easy to spot the anti social behaviour in HDB common chute /lift area I stayed before.

u must have stayed in HDB too long lol.

i don't expect the lift sound ding ding ding to be very obvious (even without closing your door) for condos.

sound proofing is relatively good and most ppl close their doors for condos
