The Linq @ Beauty World 96% sold on first day of launch

Today marked the launch of The Linq @ Beauty World, located at Upper Bukit Timah Road. By 6pm this evening, 115 out of a 120 residential units in the integrated, mixed-use development were sold. This makes the project 96% sold at an average price in the $2,150 to $2,200 psf.

This is incrediable but expected for a rare freehold integrated development at the eyes of Beauty World Transformation.

Agreed from the good location and freehold. But with limited facilities due to small plot of land. The 30m lap is like 10m lap

This thread can be closed for now already given that there’s only 2 units left. I think showflat should be closing soon too. Should be moving on to discuss other projects alr.

I would think so, very close to the main road, and next time the integrated hub is ready, expect to have even more traffic.

But the buyers obviously dont care? More investors than own stay?

Yeah, but tenants may not rent if they cannot have peace. Also, next time may be difficult to sell to the next buyers as by then they can see the completed building, lamenting such cramped unit and environment and shun away.

Think may end up as KAP, where prices dropped instead of appreciation after TOP.

Possible. But so far, most, if not all Integrated Development have good performance statistic. Yes, 2 units left. 118 sold. May be start talking about the 53 commercial units soon. Many commercial investors are waiting till neck long long. The LINQ is an Identity Marker.

Both FH, one is D21 the other in D2

Sneakily sorted price from lowest to highest for one and highest to lowest for the other. Very sneaky
