Its a matter of how long the holding period and for how much the capital gain. Oh yes, ‘earn money’ but even 100k over holding period of 8 years for EC isn’t worth it.

Agent will always say go up one

Rarely agent will tell you will go down and ask you not to buy if you “act” that you open your cheque ready already

Wouldn’t it be better to buy Alps than Tampines Ave 10 EC then? Even if developer launch the EC at 1100psf still seem expensive. Unless compare it to Tapestry.
yes, Parc Central will help to push Tapestry units too! by the time PC launched, I would reckon Tapestry will have not much leftover units.. So in order for the dev to sell PC, they would have to price it correctly..

Anyone who bought Piermont Grand/Parc Canberra/OLA regretted then? I think for upgraders its the better value compared to buying current new launch at that kind of price.

With this kind of news, probably only those with large iron rice bowls will be able to afford the ever higher EC prices.

Which is still good news for the EC developers

Anyone know when Parc Central Residences EC is launching? Seems like there’s a lot of interest in the project.

Hehe I doubt theres a lot of interest.
Imagine those who bought the alps are paying cheaper than this EC.
Hehe whatís the motivation to buy an EC thatís more ex than PC at similar location?
Itís location is nothing to shout about also.
Maybe This project can only draw Tampines die hard fans.

Yeahh am thinking Tampines definitely somehow pp will still buy hahas. I saw some resale EC, the prices are really attractive in terms of psf. Understand that after 5 years no MOP for buyers too? Only SSD

Yup there's no MOP period for resale EC buyers(unless it's an early approved for sale unit) , just need to take note of SSD
