Staying long term in punggol and inhaling all those chemical gas from johor...no thanks!

So far are there any articles from NEA with proven data/figures on the chemical pollution issue in Punggol? Please kindly share with all of us if any rather than just pure speculation.
Thanks in advance.

Pasir Gudang fume is a risk for Punggol or beyond during North East Monsoon.

The recent havoc was heng ah, during South West Monsoon. The Malaysian students absorbed the poisons for others.

Major Pasir Gudang fire /explosion /fume leaking would be different. Monsoon doesn't make the difference.

What difference between you and anneytu by the way?
If someone has different opinion from you, he/she must be an agent?

Yup, Woodleigh is always full during peak hours too, full of ghosts.

Your sweeping statement is valid. Thumbs up!

Try woodleigh again after park colonial and woodkeigh residence has TOP and when bidadari is up.
If u still see ghost, I suggest u better visit a medium.

Punggol is a vibrant place to stay in my opinion.
Have u visited some of the places in Punggol?
1) billion dollar waterway park with greenery, nice waterscape, ample space for Long distance Cycling and jogging. Coney Island.
2) sizeable Waterway Point Mall that has tons of choices for food/restaurant.
3) near bus interchange, mrt.
4) nice cosy Punggol settlement where one can dine and wine, with good local food there like white beehoon, house of crab, Uncle Leong and the list goes on
5) upcoming digital town that offers 28000 job opportunity
6) SIT (A recognise local university, not those Tom dick Harry University)

The above list enough to convince you?
Now your turn to tell me what terrrasse has?
Alone the cycling track at the east there is this Tebing lane and Punggol Container restaurants, for drink and dine.
Decathlon and Mos burger is coming to Waterway point.

I live in that area. The amenities are great but generally utilised by outsiders instead of us. I use e pcn more often than not.

They only open level 28. Really great view. Too crowded showflat till hard to take showflat pic. The kitchen cabinet and toilet sibeh nice. Lightings , false ceiling, smart system, dinning all given. Small units ideal for investors looking for rental straight away coz very little Reno needed.

Let's talk number. One breath is 500ml, one day per person is about 10 cubic metre of air. You think that is much? The main factor one is distance, south of sg is just further hence less affected, that is all.

Why not?
If the bulk of toxic fumes get sucked into the lungs /blood by Pasir Gudang & heroic Punggol /Sengkang people, less would be for those in south of these locations.
Power of a community which sacrifices.
I alone can't much air filtering.

BTW, I Google map Watertown & it is the front line facing Pasir Gudang. :o
