If this poll is indeed accurate, it means Clementi at 16xxpsf for Clavon still more attractive than Penrose at the same psf but walkable distance to Aljunied Mrt- perhaps the allure of Clementi is really strong.

If I’m still working at NUS, I would buy Clavon lol. Otherwise, none as their locations aren’t exactly convenient.

Since Clavon is the hotter fav here because of clementi. Then why not Parc clematis? At least that one is walking distance to clementi mrt station (500m to mrt station that is above ground)

Not only distance to MRT that plays a part. Both is quite a distance to walk (unsheltered).

1468 units Vs 640 units.

Opp Clavon got supermarket, coffee shop and Clementi peak BTO site will also have coffee shop and shops as well. Basic amenities near near.
Parc clem basic amenities must go all the way to clementi central.

About 550m, also depend on how you wanna cut through the bto. No matter what pc is nearer to the station the Clavon.

How is Parc Clematis 500m from mrt? I thought it’s like 800m?

Neighbourhood supermarket and coffeeshop sometimes can't satisfy some households, at least for my family.. The only thing that we make me torn apart between Clematis and Clavon is the developers..

agree with Ohw123. PC is nowhere near MRT.
if you unfortunately stay at the opposite end of this big development at 600k sqft, you already need to spend 3-5mins just walking out of your condo to the overhead bridge. then another 5mins at least to cross and reach the block of clementi hdbs... probably add another 3-5mins to navigate to the MRT...

I still felt in terms of quantum, clavon should likely be the cheapest among the 3. Thus, garner the most votes

Have u been to parc clementis showflat? I honestly feel the stuff they give isn't great 😅

Really feel like they cutting cost, 3br premium don't even provide oven only got microwave

But plot wise, Clavon is small la, facilities won't be as impressive I'm sure

Bump. The poll results thus far shows that buyers are quite ready to absorb 16xxpsf for OCR Clementi which explains Clementi popularity in terms of resale BTO too crossing 1m.

Gave this poll further tots, I initially thought Penrose is the best new launch in 2020 but now I am being swayed over to think it is Forrett that is the one to look out for. Reason being $200psf more, FH status, “Bukit timah” location, and transformation of Beauty World area.

If Only I could amend my choice- Forrett ftw

No la, bro, I feel forett is a riskier investment given the past surrounding FH D21 Mediocre performance.
Not forgetting ur poll did not state whether voters are coming from self stay or investment point of view. Both are totally different thing altogether.
