if they really do very well...i guess just wait for a 'hint' by MND again about property heating up.

Then once again...the night before the CM hammer comes down, many will chiong down to book a unit

The property prices have never been cheaper .
But is newer projects that goes up. Not the older project bah? Those who bought at the high before CM how long did it took them to recover their loses?

Why are those buyer for penrose or linq disappointed?
probably for the projects mentioned, many buyers balloted for the limited small units, therefore many went home empty handed.

yup, most likely Developer deemed the demand is pretty high for the smaller units in Normanton Park. (my 2 cents)

Got tenant pool but at outskirt of science park 1. Poor connectivity to MRT but good connectivity to road networks. 400+ 1BR also dk got so much rental demand for 400+ more anot.

For me, most important thing is the question on cost. $17xx psf? You sure this is not expensive?

When you can buy World Building of the Year at lower psf and move in immediately?
