ceramic Films are heat absorbing films

they do not reject infrared (heat) rather it absorb the infrared (heat)

however when the absorption hits the peak the heat will re-radiate back to the cooler part of the home

Infrared Rejection range: 70% - 85% (Premier Series) $6.50

Infrared Rejection range: 90% - 98% ( Titan X ) $9.60

Like a few panic sellers there.

Not bad already, some units got make about 20%, its not good if it was paid in all cash but with maximum leverage the return is about 40-50% after deducting interest and other cost, its very good for a 4 year investment.
