Guys for Yishun they not building it high due to plans flying from seletar airbase? Could it be a potential noise issue?

You mean the melody spring project? I am not too sure, it could be one possible reason. Another could be the soil there might not be able to handle weight if build too high? Just randomly guessing.

Guys for Yishun they not building it high due to plans flying from seletar airbase? Could it be a potential noise issue?

Don't like longer MOP but have to agree with you. =P

Raising BTO prices to discourage ppl from selling after 5 years MOP is just flawed thinking. I think it's more to increase HDB's profits.

If they truly want to prevent ppl flipping properties, just increase the MOP to 10 years. BTO is meant to be affordable housing, punishing the masses who want to stay long term just because of those speculators is just poor policy-making. Higher BTO prices will also lead to higher resale prices

Iím surprised the possession date is as far as 2024. I guess they rly need to build up the infrastructure, expect many years of construction building noise nearby after TOP.
kinda turned off by the 2024 possession date. thats really long from now..

Ya, the other projects released in November will be built within 2.5 years, which makes 50 months to be really long

kinda turned off by the 2024 possession date. thats really long from now..
Haiz by that time I intend to have kids liao.want to apply punggol but how to wait so long... zzz thatís 6 years from moving in.

Yeah. Would make mop 10 years n urgent selling case by case. Because these "investors" want to sell after 5 years, their flats are very poorly maintained.

Anyone can confirm if rental flats will be integrated with this BTO? If so, which flat types will be affected?

Cove. But the 4 room locations are not that great. The 3 gen is nice
