250k to 320k
MND says
230k to 355k

Not that much price diff leh, they just extended the range. But median is spot on.... you guys looking at the other rooms issit?

Not that much price diff leh, they just extended the range. But median is spot on.... you guys looking at the other rooms issit?

SRX price is without grants. If you use MND's prices without grants it will be 290k-355k

Can share the 5 room price?
5 room on SRX is 320k - 390k
MND states 392k - 480k

It's nowhere close to the forecasted prices.

5 room on SRX is 320k - 390k
MND states 392k - 480k

It's nowhere close to the forecasted prices.
Wanted to go for 5rm.... now have to downgrade to 4rm. 😭

I think still can buy, after all the new estate with innovation centre. With jrl and near hsr... Can lah. Better then resale.

Yeah, it's probably why they're pricing it at a higher price for a new estate. Just need to bear with the inconvenience for a few years after moving in.
