Oh my god... the price for Tengah is like crazy, not budget at all. And can only collect 6 years later, by then I'm 31yo alr. What..... the........
tengah is going to be a big hit with bright future ahead...

if its good, it wont be cheap. if its cheap, it wont be good.

I just checked again, seems like 4rm prices only increased by 30k but for 5rm, it's a whopping 80 to 90k increase. They charging a premium for those who were planning to go for a bigger flat 😂
And they want sinkies to have more kids...

this sk bto has mrt directly infront, probably why.

U suffer the mrt construction for 3 years after move in.. And sell it. Feel not worth.. Other got mrt hard n ready to use..

So... the application is opened. The price for 5 room is up to 480K! Haaa.. Some of them still said its gonna be cheap.

The application period is from 13 Nov 2018 to 19 Nov 2018. The Number of Applications Received is updated at 8 am, 11 am, 2 pm and 5 pm daily. The final update on the total number of applications received will be on 20 Nov 2018 at 2.00pm, after application closes at midnight of 19 Nov 2018.

Where is the cck dbss? I dun think there is dbss in cck u might have mistaken it for dbss
You confused DBSS with Design And Build scheme. DBSS are ec lite- Built by private developers who can sell them at high prices. Sold between 2006-2012.

The ones at cck are Design and Build. Was launched in 1991 to allow private architects to design hdb. BTW Two of these precincts have penthouse maisonettes that are already trading for a million
