if buy for own stay,choose convenient location save time most important
excellent traffic best near MRT
near work and schools for kids
face south/SE best
have good view even better
not too big don't loan too much unnecessarily
sign SIBOR package lowest rate now in the future rise then convert

If you cannot do that, better not buy.

Ever wondered why some people never lose money when buying and selling properties and some kpkb claiming they fail to consider certain Ďhiddení costs and expenses? Thatís the difference.

If you cannot do that, better not buy.

Ever wondered why some people never lose money when buying and selling properties and some kpkb claiming they fail to consider certain ‘hidden’ costs and expenses? That’s the difference.
Winning formula:
1) balance between entry price vs location. Lousy location with very good entry price can still win. Good location with lousy entry price will still lose.
2) good holding power, cash that can tide u through years in times of crisis.
3) good enter and exit plan. U need one self stay, one investment property to play the cards right.
4) dyodd, study masterplan, identify potential growth, study surrounding rental/sales volume.

Ok, not going to say too much....

Ex colleague bought scala through resale a number of years back, she told me it took her quite Long to see price break even in terms of profit margin.

It’s seems like the trend now for all resale has a ceiling price tag and once it reaches certain age, the price will remain stagnant for quite Long.
