Starting a new thread for upcoming EC at Canberra aka Parc Canberra

TOP date is attractive

I don't expect this project to sellout in a day but should be sought after since beside MRT and mall.

No established primary school has moved to the north yet, or it would just be the catalyst canberra needs

Just pass by the site. Piling works already started. Saw 5 bored Pile Rigs on site. Yea, the TOP date is attractive .

I don't expect this project to sellout in a day but should be sought after since beside MRT and mall.

Feb 2020 will see the launch of Canberra BTO, located next to MRT station.

Next year will also see Parc Canberra Launch, will be an interesting year next year.

doubt can hit $1200psf.. but definitely above $1000psf.. probably closer to $1100psf??

doubt can hit $1200psf.. but definitely above $1000psf.. probably closer to $1100psf??
price it higher can attract an even bigger crowd to view and buy

The last few units sold at Brownstone in 2018 was close to $1000psf, should be $11xxpsf up given the new MRT station that is opened.

Yup even for balance unit at NorthWave are sold at close to $1k psf.


The last few units sold at Brownstone in 2018 was close to $1000psf, should be $11xxpsf up given the new MRT station that is opened.

Ya but won't be too high also cause not viable if the income limit is $16k but the unit costs $2m, most couples would be above 30-35 so their loan period will be shorter too, unless got a lot of cash in hand lor


Other viable options to consider can be Eight Courtyards or 1 Canberra (MOP around same time as Parc Canberra launch). Those should be priced around 900-1000 psf bah.

Eight Courtyard and 1 Canberra location is not as ideal as Parc Canberra in terms of walking distance to MRT, and that it would be new. Made a check some units at Eight Courtyard resale have already cross $1000psf, while 1 Canberra is close to $900psf.

Parc Canberra largest selling point would be proximity to MRT.

Base on past trends, EC larger units quantum donít hit $2mil, perhaps the larger units at about $1.7m thereabouts.

More atas than PG then should be more ex.
Will there be a flood of new ECs incoming in 2020-2021 to compete with it ?
