Paiseh, I just realized after someone pointed me out....if u read the plan carefully, I think the place of worship is being rezoned as Business 1. Correct me if I am wrong.
Oh so changed alrdy.. Was wondering how they’re going to squeeze a temple there the last time i visited the site

Not sure if it’s 6% or 1%.. i only had the last price list vs the new price which was adjusted again. And it was up by 6% from that list. So assuming they had a fixed price list when first launched, then gave 5% discount on that price list, after that increase by 6% more again, does that mean the late buyers are paying ~11% more..
Do you know any remaining unit current price?

I still have the launch day prices... but i think not many units left... so up to you

WHY PARC LIFE ?

A mega 12 hectare community hub near to 5 min walk to Sembawang MRT will begin construction in 2nd half 2018 will be completed by 2021.

This hub will comprise Polyclinic, hawker centre, mega Swimming pool with natural features, child care, eldercare Centres, tennis, Badminton, multipurpose courts, forest trails, library, sports stadium and many still planning in the pipelines within this mega hub. Kindly share within our PARC Life Neighbours.

Wow! Which part of sembawang would it be at? Don’t recall seeing any huge plot of land near the mrt. I suppose it’s the other side not near to parc life?

Rule of thumb

One hectare is approx equivalent to 1 Soccer field.

I think you refer to where current Furen international school is. Donít think it will be that fast. Itís one of the projects similar to Waterway Park to integrate sports and community. MP ever mentioned that it will only be constructed when the population in the area reaches a critical mass.

By the way, itís directly opposite visionnaire EC, across the road

If it is a temple, all residents will be greatly affected. And even worst, temple near park? Then everyday people go park will not have fresh air anymore because of the burning. Hope govt will reconsider building a temple there as the lives of people will be greatly affected.

Yes next to temple and industry area ...all the best to the fresh air for resident there

Everywhere also got industry park.. amk, woodland, Tampines... as long as not heavy type like tuas or jurong island

Can't wait already, bro...

I didn't check the outdoor facilities like Solidus bro. Just did all the checks on windows, doors, locks, drawers and visual checks on flooring and surface. Found 2 or 3 defects (oven not working, saw wires not connected & magnet for holding bedroom 2 door not as strong as others and lastly top window of master bathroom can't close completely, maybe it's me)

Generally, good experience in key collection. I didn't give a good score on the finishing when asked to do survey since I haven't finished inspection. After inspection for 3 hours, I am quietly satisfied with the unit finishing. This Friday will arrange with contractor to see if he has professional advice to give on defects. If not, I am clear to go for reno...

We don’t have to wait for the developer to clear the defects before the reno starts if not will be void? (That’s what I heard for hdb bto, not too sure the process for ECs)

Yes, have to. But from the defects can tell if itís easy to fix or not. Reno also needs time to make the carpentry work, so concurrently both have to process.

Anyway warranty from frasers is 1 year. So long as defect is not due to renovation contractor, then we can still report. But this is oversimplified way of saying as there are always many gray areas

Which stack you are referring to? There are many units for the 2 layouts B2 and B2a.

For example, stack 24 level 1&2 is 756 psf, $716,300 and level 16 is 827 psf, $827450...
