Any idea if you can view the units before selecting? I.e. go in and see? I noticed from the photos that some units are quite livable while there are a few that are not in very good condition.... don't want to sign agreement and pay already then find out don't like it...

No PPHS, will you guys choose to rent outside 1k/mth or 1.2k/mth so you can have the whole unit?

Will be staying for about 3 years till BTO is ready.

Just a master room bah.
Wondering is it worth to spend at least 200sgd more per mth for whole unit.
Only htb & me. No intention to have kids till my bto hse bah. If PPHS whole unit, can consider.

I stayed there. They only provide lightning, showering facilities and toilet bowl. You have to buy your own furniture and kitchen appliance. However, the rent for PPHS flat is much lower than market rate.

If anything faulty, can get the town council to repair. Including the fluorescent lights inside the house. If want to remove anything, have to reinstate when moving out.
