If yes, personally I think cos is near the generator or rubbish collection? Or because is near the main road? Don’t know also, not quite sure also.

can share why stack 20 and 22 no goot?

The main reason is Stack 20 / 22 is near to the bin centre
Do you mean stack or block? Stack 20 is beside the tennis court. Block 22 is beside bin and generator? Block 20 is not really beside the bin

Taking DBS FHR too

I will take DBS home loan. Their rates are comparable . And i have a DBS multiplier account , hence can giv me a slighly higher savings interest rate on the multiplier account .

This package is for BUC, building uncompleted.

Upon TOP you can convert to other package within DBS for completed property.

You may ask why fixed rate is not offered? This is because for BUC u dont pay 100pct for instalment. Its basically progressive payment depending on the progression of the construction.

FHR is pegged to fixed deposit rate. It is still fluctuative but not as much as sibor

Hi,

May I know these rates are for general public or only for their treasure/premier customers only?

TIA

Becareful not to carrot by agent or banker.

Multiplier is good if u contribute cash for loan repayment. Thats if u exceed your cpf.

Rem to put your salary crediting account as your multiplier account.

how about ocbc ohr which also based on sibor. Will it fluctuate as much as fixed deposit rate?
