Quick search on FB. 2 bedders from $980k!!

A 2 bedder unit was sold in January at $1981Psf! Wahhh, if really price dropped to $1733psf , Really paper loss for the owner le.

The 27 WLR early buyers better pray hard 1700psf is for those big big units. (4/5 bedders)
If 1700psf also applies to those small small units, I think they sure cry with no tears. Immediate $300psf paper loss.

Anxiously waiting for price to be released before commenting further.

No such thing, contracts are already signed. SPH and Kajima also need the cash from those 27units to offset their future losses.

If really 1733psf, it is going to put downward pressure on park colonial and then on tre ver and so on...

What u see is probably an estimation from property guru agents.
Sometimes these agents like to put low low price to attract attention.
Must really wait for the actual price release by developer.

Buyers during 2018 launch paid 1900 to 2000 psf. Today, relaunched at 1700 psf,
see who are the losers?

WLR was never priced realistically. PC sold well and price was 17xx. Why would people buy WLR when across the road can get PC for cheaper?

What do you mean by relaunched?
They opened for sale last year, called test launch or soft launch. Sold about 27 or 30 units out of 6xx units or 4% of total. Closed their show flat.

Looking at the advert, looks like they are launching again whether you call it new launch, re-launch or first launch.

I did not take note of this project much, and wow, I suppose it is the worst performing new launches...
Reportedly, WR sold 28 units out of 6xx in total or about 4% of total during launch weekend.

Florence Residences reported thousands of visitors and sold 54 units out of 1,410, about 3% of total, during launch weekend.

Which is more outstanding?

Ya lor.
For example, given same size 3 bedder (1076sqft) for both projects, Who would buy WLR 3 bedder at 2kpsf when park place 3 bedder is only priced at 16xx to 17xxpsf.
Location wise PLQ wins hands down already.

I work Super nearby Amber Park showflat. Showflat full of agents car only le... not many walk ins from what I observe.

Opp plot of enbloc land is coastline residences. Both are similar pricing.


Amber park coming so how many buying?

Honestly, park colonial is not cheap either. Park colonial sold well because they managed to absorb the early demand from frantic buyers and on the basis that Woodleigh Residence will launch for $2,000psf. I am sure many agents use this comparison to move units at PC, by telling buyers that there will be "guaranteed" capital appreciation.

Buyers today should be wise enough not to get fooled like this anymore and analyse the market on their own.
