Those are good numbers considering it's somehow difficult to get potential clients. I guess the economy is doing good.

But wg got twin vew, riveria, and parc clementis as competitor sia

I enter quite late
So unable to grab good deals.

I think riveria too near expressway liao.
Twin vew too expensive

lucky WG still got one side is facing away the expressway, though not sure what other implication it may have. The outside bus availability is nice.
