yeah...I thought so too..is it feasible?
Less than half day in Macau is very tight. Ferry is 1 hr each way excluding immigration/customers. Not worth the while and $$$

fa yuen street is VERY NEAR to Mongkok MTR..exit D2. at the station, you can refer to the map as well. no worry.

stanley market not much there actually.
it's more of a 'ang moh' place to me, where there's quite a number of al fresco restaurants there
soveinoirs wise, quite typical loh. stanley market closes at 7pm IIRC so if you are going ,be sure to go there quite early. If you are going to repulse bay, can try going to stanley market as it's just around 15 mins down from repulse bay. else, personally, i feel it's not really worth to go

stanley market is at hongkong island (southern part if i'm not wrong). you can reach there by taking a bus at central (66/66x i think)

as for fa yuen street, not too much of a guide and personally, as i hate bargaining, i don't like to go there. besides, i'm a strong believer of you get what you pay and personally, i don't think much of the quality of the stuff there. that time when i went fa yuen, the 'auntie' sold me a bag @ 200hkd and then 150 then 100 then 80HKD. if your bargaining skill and face is not thick enough, don't shop at fayuen street (but do go to experience the atmosphere there). BTW, fa yuen street is just located from one of the exit of mongkok station. and there's also a sports shoes street beside fa yuen street.
ladies market is part of fayuen street (actually, around half of fa yuen street is ladies market)
there are also some outlet located at fayuen street like espirit outlet, bosini and baleno outlet.
there's also a mongkok computer center near fayuen street (but it's quite small, around 4 storeys with around 15 small shops per storey

1) i was at HK during june 20-23. the weather is very hot, almost like singapore if not hotter.
2) take MTR to Tsim Sa Tsui MTR i think. the other time i went macau, i took the ferry from the terminal at central.
