Sad to say , I've nvr done any bookings with priceline yet.So I cant tell. Its always a good habit to counter check with hotels after you reserved rooms with other websites.

i already book abouta month ago via priceline...how?

now juz worry tat the hotel dont wan to honour my price... 114 per night i got from priceline
$114 is about HK600 plus 13% tax so total is HK678.

Don't worry, I also booked via agent and I paid HK678 per night.

The hotel is very big so unlikely to be full but can't say for peak period like Christmas and New Year.

You can use the free Internet access at the lobby. Don't expect anything else like spa or swimming pool, they ae not ready.

^^ You are staying at 荃灣, New Territories which is so far away from HK Island and Kowloon area!?

Granted that it is only 32mins train ride to reach Central station, the train doesn't run 24hrs. So you have to be at the train station well before midnight in order not to miss the last train back. Catching a cab back, after wee hours, to Tsuen Wan may pose a challenge. I reckon that this is a family trip, with kids, as such you have no plan to visit night spots like LKF & etc.

MTR system Map

Enjoy your trip.

The clubbing areas are mainly in HK Island.

For Day2,
If you do not have budget constraint, you may consider going up and down to the Big Buddha via diff mode of transport. eg Go up via the cable car and down by their buses.

Going to HK on the 3rd.

Would like to check some stuff:

1) Where to get free WLan access?

2) Any places to recommend to repair HP?

3) Any places to recommend to shop for toys?

Cheers!
