SIC already
Faster go hoot.

BD got Maybank card discount now, use it to buy.

Did a quick research last night, seems like 2018 FZ model and this got not much difference, picture quality wise.

Sometimes you get a quantum leap, other times it's gradual stepwise improvement or a facelift..
That's why I bought a TV that was originally launched in 2016.. and very happy with it.

After months of research before buying my TV, i got a bit tired of reading about the technical and marketing words. When i went to the giant Millennia Walk Harvey Norman TV wall where one can see so many TVs side by side, all the TVs' image quality looked almost identical from that distance. So i decided the user experience and reliability may be more important. So best you go to the shop and test use the TV and remote see which one you prefer.

Panasonic EZ950 65" below 4k now.
Go check it out.

My personal opinion: the difference between each OLED TV isn't that noticeable, so not worth that extra 1-2k for small improvements in new 2018 models. (C8). I'm not enthusiast, so I went for 2017 models as it is more worth it.

I never looked at QLED so can't comment.

How has the EZ950S has been so far?

The big differences between the LG C7 and this Panasonic is that the latter does not have Dolby Vision and only 2 of it's 4 HDMI ports is full bandwidth.

Can I check how the EZ950S has been so far?

I have been using it for 1.5 days.
Played PS4 and watched a few 4K HDR movies.

It has been great. 65Ē is Super immersive.
Just that I notice the left side of the screen is slightly yellowish near the edge on white and grey background. I will monitor it over the next few days.

I donít get the OLED wow factor though, probably because my house already has the LG EG 910T OLED and Iím using iPhone X. So I might be used to OLED blacks and colours.

EZ950S,
What I like:
Low input lag, great for PS4 ( GOW looks damn good)
Metal remote ( feels premium )
Natural colours
Definitely bright enough.
TV speakers pretty usable
More importantly I compare the C8 and this, I canít tell the difference.
To me OLED are all v v good so I just go for value for money.

Cons:
OS not much apps and could be smoother
HDR could pop a bit more.
My PC somehow still can detect my TV even when it is OFF. ( not sure if it is my TV fault or Nvidia driver )

Thanks for sharing. From what i’ve read, the colour accuracy is supposed to be the best on the Panasonic.

Do you know if this model will get the HDR10+ update?

There is a user on this forum who shares his Pansonic EZ950 photos. Looks amazing.
