TV MODEL (and size): tvheadend

LOCATION: Sengkang

ANTENNA: Daiyo EU1702

SET TOP BOX: PCTV 292e

The PCTV 292e is connected to a home NAS running tvheadend. The TV is an ordinary dumb TV running Kodi, which connects to tvheadend over Ethernet. Tvheadend needs to be told each mux is 8MHz, DVB-T2, and what frequency.

An example channels.conf, suitable for use with dvbv5-scan (to ensure the tuner and antenna work) is:

Code:
[MUXB]
 DELIVERY_SYSTEM = DVBT2
 FREQUENCY = 522000000
 BANDWIDTH_HZ = 8000000

[MUXC]
 DELIVERY_SYSTEM = DVBT2
 FREQUENCY = 538000000
 BANDWIDTH_HZ = 8000000

[MUXD]
 DELIVERY_SYSTEM = DVBT2
 FREQUENCY = 554000000
 BANDWIDTH_HZ = 8000000

[MUXE]
 DELIVERY_SYSTEM = DVBT2
 FREQUENCY = 570000000
 BANDWIDTH_HZ = 8000000

LOCATION: Simei, high floor.

ANTENNA: A USB powered antenna bought from Qoo10

Additional info (channels received, tips etc):
Received all Mediacorp digital channels clearly. Before this I was using a passive antenna and the channels will flicker occasionally when it's raining. With the new antenna, it's pretty smooth now.
